Robert Stepanski joined Savage Land Solutions in 2023 as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Project Executive, bringing a wealth of expertise in large-scale operational management and project execution. Prior to joining Savage Land, Robert held a pivotal leadership role at JPMorgan Chase, where he directed global IT services and successfully managed portfolios exceeding $100 million in project value at any given time. His reputation as a decisive leader earned him the nickname “The Hatchet Man” for his ability to streamline complex operations and drive transformative change.

Since joining Savage Land, Robert has spearheaded critical initiatives, including the implementation of advanced CRM systems to optimize operational efficiency and the establishment of robust procedures to support the company’s rapid growth trajectory. His leadership extends to overseeing high-profile projects that are central to Savage Land’s continued success and expansion.

Robert holds a Texas Irrigator License and is actively pursuing his TNLA Certified Landscape Professional (TCLP) certification to further enhance his technical credentials. Outside of his professional endeavors, Robert resides in Spring Branch with his wife, Traci. They enjoy spending time with their two grandchildren and traveling together. A passionate outdoorsman, Robert enjoys hunting and exploring the natural world when time permits.
